Coordinate all administrative and logistic duties including: ticket sales, registration, RSVP lists, supply needs, inventory control, budgets, communications, timelines, merchandise fulfillment and recaps. Manage rentals contracts of spaces and items with budgets of $100K+. Delegate workload and manage event staffing through interns and volunteers.
