Job Title: Account Executive- Bilingual English/Mandarin
Job Description Admerasia is seeking for a passionate and energetic AE to join the Account Management team, the AE will be a critical team player for all responsible accounts. Qualifications 1-2 years of solid advertising agency experience; one year at AE level Bilingual in English & Mandarin
BA in Advertising, Marketing Communication or related field (Masters degree is a plus) Strong in Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote Required Skills Highly Organized, Motivated, Resourceful, Problem Solver Strong Communication Skills (Written/Verbal): Effectively write clear, concise internal and client communications. Strong presentation skills. Active participant in meetings. Collaborative team player: Can do attitude. Willing to do what it takes to get the job done well. Multi-tasker: Has the ability to work fast and efficient under suppressed deadlines Strategic Thinker:Strong analytical skills to provide strategic and creative input Social Media Guru: Must have experience in Social media campaigns Responsibilities Client Management: Work closely with clients to manage all aspects of client business and key projects across all disciplines including strategy, creative and production. AE needs to foster a positive, collaborative relationship that goes beyond day to day advertising assignments (i.e. Business Planning, Innovation/Product Development, etc.) Integrated Creative Development/Production: Work closely with Creative & Production teams to manage creative development and execution across all platforms (TV, Social/Digital, Print, OOH, etc) Account Maintenance:Facilitate Client Requests, Billing/Budget management, Status Updates, Meeting Prep, Conference Reports, Trafficking TV/Digital, etc. Category/Competitive Expert: Closely track key competitive activity, category and industry trends. Develop quarterly competitive reports/analyses and timely competitive flash alerts. Provide POV and apply insights to Client work (strategy, creative development, etc.) Time Management: Has thorough knowledge and understanding of agency processes and the time required to complete each stage. Can formulate the implication of changes to budget and delivery timelines
