Position Description

Sales & Marketing Enablement Specialist

The Sales Enablement Team is the liaison between Sales and Marketing and serves as a trusted counterpart for our sales team/leaders on anything and everything regarding sales enablement, content and programs. Sales enablement is a critical link in our go to market strategy. Our mission is to help sales teams be as productive and successful as possible. Youll take the lead in creating program project plans, email cadences for sales reps, defining sales needs, tracking delivery of all items and ultimately providing an exceptional experience for our sales team. Deliver high-value tools and support to drive sales productivity and continuously improve competency, culture and performance of the sales organization

Sales enablement captures best practices from across the organization, packages them up and incorporates them into our sales methodology.

You'll be part of a very fun, hands-on, sales enablement team, working closely with sales, marketing, and product. Our culture encourages creativity, teamwork, and metrics-based performance.

Responsibilities

Identify issues, needs and topics from the sales team and partner with marketing to create and provide content and resources to better enable sales team members

Align sales enablement activities with key internal and external events, such as new product releases, GTM campaigns, and essential industry tradeshows.

Partner with the marketing team to ensure new messaging and materials are effectively communicated to and internalized to all sales teams.

o Keep sales up to date with weekly communication bridge gap between sales and marketing initiatives

o Own and develop tactics in support of Integrated marketing communications campaigns

Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs

Participate in reviews/updates of sales content - translating marketing content to sales enablement content

o Capture all content for reuse and easy access by the sales team.

o Provide input into sales enablement strategy and implement tactics to drive content utilization.

Assist with administration and maintenance of sales content management tools/knowledge base

Train sales reps on tools we are currently using SalesLoft, Kapost, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Sharepoint, etc.

Design and deliver onboarding experience for new sales reps

o Implement easy ways for our new hires and sales teams to access important content for their everyday job.

Create content/emails for sales teams build strong communication to get the most out of marketing activities and initiatives

o Drive engagement and track success of messaging and campaigns

o Review and maintain the sales content library, and tools, ensuring it is current, relevant, prescriptive, actionable and easily consumed through the best and most appropriate technology.

Support sales management at various levels to assess their teams specific needs and execution of enablement plans.

Extend sales enablement programs across the Customer Success organization to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Will work closely with the product team/support team and customer success team as well.

Support the Senior Sales Enablement Manager on other projects as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree, or 1-2 years equivalent relevant experience. Minor or additional degree in Marketing or Communications a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively with all departments in a result driven and team-oriented environment.

Technically savvy; able to quickly learn new and complex software products with minimal guidance

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to be self-directed in finding gaps in training and delivering on the need

Excellent project management skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Self-motivating; able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner

High energy with a can do attitude, a positive demeanor, a sense of purpose, and the ability to have fun
