Associate Manager- Paid Marketing
The Paid Search Coordinator is responsible for the day to day support of the paid search program. This person will partner with cross-functional teams at Anthropologie to understand the business and oversee Anthropologies paid search agencies to react to trends and drive top line revenue at a profitable ROAS. The Coordinator is also responsible for delivering tactical strategies that align with brand goals and reporting on performance. Teamwork, innovation, analysis and strategic thinking are critical aspects of this positions responsibilities.
Responsibilities Partner with paid search agencies on implementation of paid search tactics. Heavy focus on optimization to drive a profitable ROAS, top line demand and acquire new customers. Partner with agency to ensure their strategies and tactics align with brand goals and initiatives. Share paid search marketing plans and performance with key internal business partners. Attend appropriate meetings to understand business needs and manage agency as they execute plans within paid search to capitalize on trends, support category demand, promotions and/or brand campaigns. Support all tactical paid search projects that the agencies execute such as; keyword research, shopping campaign optimizations, ad copy, sitelinks, new betas and tests. Focus on analyzing, reporting, and refining. Perform deep dive search analyses when needed to understand key trends and work with agencies and engine reps make recommendations based on these analyses. Pull reporting and summarize paid search results on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to internal partners. Continually review the agencies service, processes and systems to ensure they meet excellent quality standards. Monitor the marketplace and competitors, keeping the Brand informed of industry initiatives and key developments.
Qualifications 1-2 years of hands on experience executing paid search marketing strategies and tactics (text and shopping ads) retail experience is a plus. Ability to analyze marketing campaigns and present recommendations based on results. Data, technical focused individual with web analytics experience. Experience in display, shopping feed optimizations, SA360, and automated bidding are a plus.
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field.
