You will support global launch planning in new indications (therapeutic areas) across multiple molecules in GI and Head & Neck Cancer.
In collaboration with Director, you will evolve and execute on the global brand strategy plan. As well as lead brand-wide initiatives spanning many teams across the Immuno-oncology franchise
You will lead as the advocate for the brand-wide positioning, messaging, and brand narrative; create pre-launch materials (unbranded campaigns, etc.) for healthcare providers to be used globally.
You will serve as an ad-hoc member to the product lifecycle team responsible for key clinical development decisions impacting the future of registrational clinical trials; partner with global analytics and insights team to develop and analyze market research enabling clinical development investment decisions, global resourcing of launch teams.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in science or business
5+ years of marketing, sales, analytics, product management background in the biopharmaceutical market
Effective cross-functional project team communication, leadership and influencing skills
Validated experience and knowledge of external customers including patients, prescribers, payers, providers
Proven use of insights to deliver effective marketing/ commercial strategies
In-depth understanding of the R&D process and importance of integrating commercial and development strategic plans
