The Head of Learner Engagement will bring the learning function to the next level in terms of learner engagement, via impactful innovation; providing visibility to learning and the learning offer and promoting its usage also via personalization and disruptive initiatives. Levers at his/her disposal will be a state of the art engagement plan, innovative and marketing mindset and user & data-centric approach.. Your main missions will be the following:. State-of-the-art learner engagement plan. Define and steer a simple yet impactful marketing/engagement plan as regard Group Learning Team priorities: vision, initiatives, learning offer... Segment and adapt approach & communication tone to various targets to optimize impact. Create and launch concrete disruptive and innovative learner engagement, marketing and change initiatives to anchor continuous learning habits group-wide and also propel Group Learning offer and initiatives visibility and usage and create a sustainable reflex for continuous learning.. Run collective taskforces on learner engagement topics with multiple stakeholders including L&D teams and business stakeholders.. Learning community management. Work hand-in-hand with the Learning PMO and rest of team to ensure engagement topics are well promoted in the right formats & events (conference calls, seminars...).. Drive, manage and engage the L&D community via dedicated channels (online community on Yes Learning, newsletters, and other innovative formats to be created).. Innovation. Identify future learning trends and weak signals, best-in-class practices... and leverage insights from other markets and horizons. Leverage this insight as well as creativity to disrupt the learning function.. Act as an innovation observatory, spread an innovation mindset in the L&D community and further (HR & business stakeholders in any relevant forums).. Scope opportunities to position AXA as a recognized learning leader in relevant forums, think-tanks, studies, papers.... Data analysis to fuel data-driven decisions. Push the learning function to the next level in terms of data management: a strong data-driven function. Contribute to raise the expertise of our L&D experts across the Group.. Work hand-in-hand with the Operations Office to get the proper data to run ad-hoc analysis and consequently analyse learning patterns. Ensure the relevancy, usage, personalization of all initiatives.. Define a learning dashboard to keep track of learning impact.. Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience. Post Graduate degree in business management / Marketing. Previous experience with innovation is a plus. Experience in a role requiring marketing and analytics skills is preferred. HR experience is not mandatory. Perfect written and spoken English. Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities. Marketing experience in a customer-centric environment is a definite plus. Ability to grasp and make connections with key external trends (technology, innovation, organization design, skills etc..) and market practices and ability to leverage these to create concrete and impactful initiatives is key. Ability to think out of the box and challenge the status quo is key. Comfortable in leveraging and analyzing data, to identify patterns and make data talk. Ability to build trust and collaboration in and outside the team.. Excellent relationship, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate with impact and influence a diverse range of people and cultures. Hands on and pragmatic - a doer with can do attitude.
