Positions the company to deliver repair and overhaul solutions for the Power, Pulp & Paper, and Chemical industries by providing primary account management functions and sales activities for the assigned clients and territory. Develops rapport and establish sustainable strategic relationships with existing customer base and new clients.

Knowledge/Skills: Must possess technical knowledge associated with Power, Pulp & Paper, and
Chemical industries operations and maintenance or have a strong industrial background. Excellent
communication skills (both verbal and written).
Education/Experience: Four year business, marketing or engineering degree, with MBA preferred. Three or more years of experience in business development, sales and/or marketing to the Power, Pulp & Paper, and Chemical industries or Five years of experience in business development, sales and/or marketing in the industrial market.
Language Skills: English proficiency written and spoken
Mathematical Skills: Advanced
Reasoning Ability: Makes good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgment.
Travel Requirement: Frequent 75% or greater
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. Frequently required to drive a vehicle and travel by air.
Work Environment: Some office, but mostly plant/industrial environments.
