Bardy Diagnostics, Inc. (BardyDx) is an innovator in digital health and remote patient monitoring, with a focus on providing the most diagnostically-accurate and patient-friendly cardiac and vital signs patch monitors in the industry. Currently, BardyDx has FDA 510(k) clearance and CE Mark approval to market the Carnation Ambulatory Monitor (CAM) Patch and is presently launched in the U.S. and multiple international countries with over 60,000 patients helped already.
The CAM Patch is a non-invasive, P-wave centric ambulatory cardiac monitor and arrhythmia detection device that is designed to improve patient compliance with its lifestyle-enabling patch design. Designed to be worn comfortably and discreetly by men, women, and children (indicated for pediatric patients > 22 pounds), the CAM Patch is placed on the center of the chest, directly over the heart for optimal ECG signal collection. Distinguished from other products by its state-of-the-art sensing technology, the CAM Patch provides optimal detection and clear recording of the P-wave, the part of the ECG waveform that is essential for accurate arrhythmia diagnosis. 3 separate head to head clinical studies have been done providing clinical evidence to help back up the superior rhythm fidelity and detection accuracy, with 2 published in the American Heart Journal.

Currently, we are looking for Account Executives to join our Sales Team who are passionate about digital health and helping cardiac patients through our innovative remote patient monitoring body sensor technologies. The right individuals will join a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment and work with cross-functional teams to raise awareness about BardyDx and our innovative CAM Patch, and to drive market adoption of the CAM Patch as the new standard of care in cardiac monitoring.
Ideal candidates will have a combination of medical sales (ideally with a focus on Cardiology or EP) and B2B sales experience, with some start-up or small company experience preferred.The ability to deal with adversity, and to quickly adapt new sales strategies as market conditions change, are ideal traits for this position.
Account Executives are responsible for executing on Sales Team objectives and growth initiatives in order to build, maintain, and grow the overall business in their respective territories to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. This includes winning cardiac monitoring market share in physician practices, hospitals, academic/ institutional accounts, and emergency departments throughout their defined geography. The Account Executive will collaborate with cross-functional partners in key departments in order to maximize sales efforts and resource the territory appropriately. Overall, the position will focus on establishing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans in order to meet and exceed defined goals.
