Title: Project Manager- branding/advertising Duties: Serve as Project Manager for the CHOP Foundation, within the Marketing & Public Relations department, providing both strategic and day-to-day plan and project support for a defined list of internal accounts. Collaborate with Web, PR and Creative team members on development and execution of annual strategic marketing plans that effectively deliver against CHOP's brand strategy, organizational goals and programmatic objectives. Efficiently balance strategic needs of client and team while meeting day-to-day project management needs in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment. Job Responsibilities: Brand Strategy : Collaborate with Creative team members on creative strategy to meet plan and/or project objectives. Develop creative briefs as warranted. Serve as marketing strategist and subject matter expert for assigned programs specifically The CHOP Foundation. Ensure consistent and accurate translation of the brand to all marketing materials based on established institutional brand standards. Account Management, Project Management & Marketing Activity: Serve as intake and primary gatekeeper of client requests, open jobs and track timelines Collaborate with Public Relations, Web and external groups including, Development and Physician Referral when appropriate. Provide regular status and analytics reports on all current client activity, reviewing priorities, timelines, approvals and issues. Ensure that assigned work is consistently on budget, on schedule and on strategy. Lead and manage every phase of assigned projects ensuring that every team member/supplier is executing responsibilities consistent with project plan, quickly resolving problems and obstacles and reporting barriers or risks to department leadership. Department Operations & Workflow: Help to continually optimize workflow, utilizing Workamajig and other tools (as necessary) to maintain air-tight control of all jobs and their corresponding budgets Work with production to ensure timely and accurate processing of client invoices Skills : Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Workamajig experience a plus. Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree required, 5 years of experience in brand communications, project management or marketing, preferably with advertising agency, healthcare or non-profit experience. Strategic, multi-channel marketing plan development experience preferred.
