The first-in-class patented Veriflow technology provides same day, actionable information regarding spoilage organisms and pathogens. Reducing costs and lowering the overhead associated with conventional diagnostics. Uniquely designed for easy, practical use on-site and throughout the entire brewing process Invisible Sentinel's proprietary diagnostic products promise to create a new standard for rigorous quality control. Objective: Optimize and achieve the Invisible Sentinel International Sales budget (sales, margin, contribution) by successfully driving the global implementation of bioM rieux Commercial Operations strategy. Initial focus will be Beverage Industry with expansion expected to cover full Invisible Sentinel portfolio. Main Accountabilities: Implement the bioM rieux Commercial Operation strategy to achieve Invisible Sentinel International sales, revenue, & profit targets and lead the development of strategic lines, through direct selling or distributors. In partnership with Invisible Sentinel and bioM rieux leadership teams, build relevant Invisible Sentinel annual sales budget and 5 year plan reflecting bioM rieux's Global Sales & Marketing strategy, being active in proposing adjustments of processes, tools, organizations and policies. Co-Develop with regional management the International sales team's knowledge and skills through active coaching in the field to allow activity optimization and sales growth. Identify products, sales & marketing training requirements and advise on appropriate training actions. Recruit, assist in selecting, and advise on reporting structures for Invisible Sentinel dedicated sales and marketing personnel based internationally. Ensure coherence of the pricing policy, develop pricing structures for new & existing product in lines with market conditions and competitor's activities. Quote profitability according to company's standards. Ensure that market trends, competitor's activities and regulatory changes are monitored and communicated to management and, when appropriate. Act as the major liaison agent between marketing (global and local) & the regional field organizations for the Product Range. Track and prioritize opportunities for the Product Range. Drive budget & sales/marketing processes, report on a regular basis to top management on data, opportunities, activities and skills, using the company's tools (monthly report, Annual Budget, A/B, Long Range Plan, business reviews ). Monitor current trends and regulatory changes to offer needed solutions within the Invisible Sentinel/bioMerieux portfolio. Commercially lead and/or assist in leadership of bioM rieux/Invisible Sentinel Industry presence at Tradeshows and Symposiums. Understand market trends, key investment drivers, customer challenges, and customer journey. Identify the key competitors, players, and their supply chains. Routine internal contacts with Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Customer Support, Field Service, as well as the management staff of the sales & marketing department for bioMerieux & Invisible Sentinel is required in developing and delivering these compelling 'value propositions for change' to the customer. Travel: Position requires up to 50% overnight travel per year (domestic and international). Qualifications: Master's Degree in science/business related field and/or equivalent related experience. 8 - 10 years of commercial experience in business-to-business and/or corporate account with strong understanding & integration of the strategic selling process and contract management. International sales experience required. Ability to multitask and establish and manage multiple accounts located throughout globe/region/cluster. Knowledge of the Invisible Sentinel products ranges & competitors offer. Significant experience in product related territory sales A thorough knowledge of the Invisible Sentinel product lines, industry, customers and bMx business. Fluent in English required. One or more of the following languages preferred: French, Spanish, Italian. Ability to multitask and manage multiple strategic accounts located internationally. Strong ability to implement change without authority or direction. Working knowledge of Industrial Food & Beverage Microbiology. Knowledge of all products they are responsible for (hardware, software, test kits, etc.). Working knowledge of brewing and/or winemaking preferred. Understanding of the sales process, contact management s/w (CRM). Knowledge of the quality systems methodologies. Knowledge of all respective product competitors. Computer usage, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes). Understand and implement ethical contract practices. Revenue generation with eye on profitability, market specialist and strategic planner. Problem solving and teamwork abilities; ability to work within or lead a team. Very good interpersonal communication skills. Excellent integrator and negotiator, results oriented. Ability to work with & influence people without formal authority. Strong presentation, negotiation and closing sales skills to all levels of decision makers. Excellent communicator of \"value proposition\" to targeted departments within national accounts. Willingness to work on continued improvement of the above skills is also required for long term success. Analytical skills and ability to develop financial proposals. Ability to judge competitive response to sales strategy and make appropriate adjustments, with strong understanding of strategic selling process.
