The ProductStrategy Senior Manager is responsible for driving and leading strategic directionand decisions for cross-functional programs and initiatives. In this role, the Senior Manager will lead adiverse and highly professional group of Product Managers who supports ProductLine Director and Product Strategy team in bringing said programs andinitiatives to market. The most successful candidates will have strong businessacumen, excellence in leading individuals and teams, and a deep understandingof healthcare-related product strategy and development.

* Assistanceand support in developing strategic roadmaps for specified product lines * SupportsProduct Line Managers in developing business cases and means for measuringproduct performance outcomes * Managerialresponsibilities for 5-7 Product Line Managers * Liaisonbetween Product Line Managers and business unit leadership * Works closely with Data Analytics andPortfolio Strategy Managers to support Product Strategy leadership in achievingteam, department and organizational goals * Represents Product Line and ProductLine Director on high profile enterprise level activities and initiatives * End-to-end product maintenance for assignedLOB, including strategic planning with Product and customer fulfillment with sales,customer service and direct to member. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health or related discipline * MBA or equivalent preferred * 6 years of experience in product development/management or marketing * 3 years of experience in managing individuals and teams * Experience in healthcare or related field is highly preferable
