Lead the Bose Automotive System Division (ASD) Category & Product Management function comprised of an entrepreneurial team charged with the planning of future products and technology that enhance and grow existing product categories as well as executing current product-line lifecycle management. Key responsibilities and deliverables include leading the Portfolio Management and Product Planning processes along with development and execution of product plans and product roadmaps that lead to compelling production intent products and viable business cases. Reporting to the Head of the Automotive Division, the Category & Product Management Leader will be a member of the division?s executive team.

A BS in engineering or related technical field is strongly preferred or comparable experience is required. Candidates should have 15+ years of progressive technical and business experience in areas of product and category management, engineering, operations finance, strategic marketing, program management, technical sales or strategic planning. Experience in automotive electronics; specifically audio, acoustics, active noise reduction or NVH, is strongly preferred. Knowledge of other automotive subsystems including powertrain, body and interiors is desired.
