In search of a dynamic global business leader with a passion for building and expanding our cyber fraud, risk management business. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the growth and development of Bottomlines global cyber fraud business segment selling within our existing markets of corporations and banks while also identifying new or expanded market opportunities
Responsible for planning, recruiting and managing the growth of the CFRM business.
Essential Job Functions:
Develop and implement a clear business growth strategy, establish baseline metrics, and measure success based on P&L results as well as leading indicators like customer adoption/use, customer delight scores, pipeline health/coverage, and sales metrics.
Be responsible for achieving agreed sales targets. Plan, prioritize and achieve an agreed level of personal and team sales activities in order to achieve targets.
Establish a best in class Customer Success function, recruiting and developing solution experts to work hand and hand with customers to ensure successful business outcomes.
Liaise with other members of the CFRM global management team to work jointly on projects and campaigns where a collaborative approach is required. Input ideas and suggestions to formulate and assist future marketing activities to promote CFRMs products and services.
Partner with product development in the design, development, and implementation of product value propositions and go-to-market strategies, aligning investment and prioritization with clearly defined market opportunities.
Act as industry thought leader, staying ahead of market trends and actively seeking market knowledge and future development requirements, including competitor information.
Joining this team will require mastery of an engaging, consultative sales process that promotes delight in both existing and prospective customers.
