Reporting to the GM Marketing, you will shape our communications and media strategy, defining how we create more connected marketing activity and resonate emotionally our customers. You will lead a significant shift in mindset applying a business wide lense to the delivery and structure of our communications framework bringing our Customer 1st approach to life via a more digitised, holistic view of our paid, owned, and earned ecosystem.. Key Priorities for the role include:. Lead, develop and enable a high performing team of collaborative, highly engaged functional experts. Spearhead the development of customer advocacy based marketing and more personalised forms of contact. Maintain and own the strategic relationship with creative partners. Role model continuous improvement and innovation around how we deliver marketing in the changing media and customer landscape. Deliver excellence in all our creative assets including art direction, always-on marketing programs and campaign executions. Your specific experience will likely reflect:. Extensive experience leading successful teams to deliver a connected marketing communication proposition. Proven experience in proactively leading, deep, business wide positive and sustained change around the approach to marketing communications. A deep understanding of and curiosity around the changing media landscape and changing customer behaviours. Retail and FMCG experience ideally within a multi-national organisation. Sound financial management experience: forecasting budgeting and reporting. Exceptional collaboration, influencing and communication skills. The ability to build trusted partnerships with 3rd party agencies/creatives.
