Create and execute a robust marketing strategy for the lifecycle of technology products.
Lead critical technology marketing projects and strategies and oversee cross functional teams on the marketing of technology projects.
Consult with various stakeholders related to technology marketing strategy and execution - including key messaging development, content creation, and product marketing through channels, events, and campaigns with measureable commercial impact.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business leadership, IT and divisional marketing teams to determine and align priorities and drive clarity on marketing value for client satisfaction.
Direct marketing resources across all functions in alignment with technology and business goals and priorities.
Participate in sprint reviews to understand progress and impact to project timelines and deliverables.
Participate in UX share backs and collaborate to guide action towards project's intended value.
Work to create seamless UX for Marketing and IT led customer and supplier web and application experiences.
Create tools to ensure customer and supplier facing network job roles have the tools they need to communicate the functionality and the benefits of our technology to the right stakeholders in the right manner and timelines.
Proactively maintain an understanding of business processes and desk-level user experience.
Prepare executive reporting, including ROI analysis and recommendations based on key findings.
Minimum of 8 years' professional experience in consulting, marketing, business development, strategic planning, product/project management or technology related position
