As the Attribution expert, the Jr. Account Manager /Operations Jedi help empower clients to use C3 Metrics to solve their problems and assist in operationalizing Attribution throughout their organization. Candidates must be a strong communicator with a track record of delivering on-time concurrent projects in a fast paced environment.
Own client relationship across different seniority levels in the organization
Develop strong relationships with clients
Manage client implementation successfully
Manage weekly client check-in
Provide monthly & quarterly attribution reviews to help drive product adoption
Manage and resolve all escalations regarding the client
What You Need for this Position
3+ years of experience with direct customer support
Communicate ideas in a clear and compelling manner, and have the ability to both take and give direction
Solution oriented, problem solving mindset
Proactively managing projects to completion
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Can work independently and autonomously
