+ At least 4-5 years of experience in marketing technology
+ At least 2-3 years on Exact Target building campaigns, designing flows, uploading contacts, etc
+ Experience building multi - channel campaigns executing - segmentation, design, reporting, journeys, etc
+ Well versed with marketing technology concepts like AMP personalization scripts, automation techniques, IP whitelisting and SSO enablement
+ Performing day-to-day marketing operations including campaign set-up, segmentation, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment
+ Analyzing data from digital marketing programs to develop internal best practices by proactively researching email and mobile engagement statistics
+ Audience / List segmentation, contact management, audience management using SQL
+ With an strong understanding of journeys function in marketing cloud Journey Builder.
+ Knowledge of email best practices including targeted lists, subject lines, messaging and deliverability
+ Proven track record in leading initiatives, conducting stakeholder workshops, gathering and documenting business requirements, and managing small projects
+ Scrum or Agile methodology experience is a must with Scrum Master Experience preferred
+ Certifications preferred
