Job Title: Learning Specialist - Long-term contract assignment Pay rate - $24-25/hour Max

Looking for candidates strong on instructional methods and systems e.g. online training design, development and implementation (training build, testing, execution in LMS and organization)

Legal Compliance Department Objective
Provide the highest quality, most cost-effective legal representation and business support to the Company in a timely, team-oriented manner. We are focused on actively promoting the Company s compliance with its legal and ethical obligations using Best Practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Training and Development, Organizational Development, Human Resource Development + 3 years relevant experience
Strong understanding of Instructional Design, Learning Principles, Instructional Technology (multimedia development) and Technical Writing
Strong experience with Learning Management Systems - particularly Articulate Storyline - Cornerstone and Adobe Captivate are also good
Excellent MS Office skills (Advanced Excel skills preferred)
Ability to maintain confidentiality of data
Strong project management, planning and organizing skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Strong presentation skills
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and administration of training and educational programs
Work with subject matter experts to develop learning materials
Develop and construct training manuals and training aids or may supervise their development by 3rd party suppliers
Handle employee legal compliance monitoring efforts
Handle learning data effectively and confidentially
Maintain records of learning activities
Assist with learning assignments
Assist with learning communications
Coordinate learning schedules
Work with Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Content Management System (LCMS) administrators on course deployments and reports
Assist with learning queries and in the administration of learning programs
Handle special projects as assigned
