Responsibilities:
  • The Marketing Specialist is responsible for advice, development, implementation and post-campaign measurement of marketing programs at local, regional, or international level. Their contribution may be of an operational, tactical and/or strategic nature.
  • Takes full responsibility for marketing projects/sub-projects
  • Leverages internal and external resources and ensures an efficient and effective stakeholder management
  • Manages all programs within agreed budget parameters
  • Ensures all programs are consistent with UBS branding and communication guidelines, meet necessary regulatory requirements and adhere to the required approval processes
Deliverables:
  • Delivery of effective and cost-efficient marketing solutions with business impact
  • Campaign measurement and feedback


Job Requirements:
  • Assisting with social media marketing activities
  • Maintain social media marketing calendar for AMR
  • Prepare marketing and marketing activity reports
  • Develop marketing collateral surrounding events
  • Support marketing managers with various marketing projects
  • Proofread marketing materials and content
  • Use the data to optimize social media, content marketing, and social marketing campaigns
  • Lead company-wide marketing strategy and direct digital marketing, communications and nationwide marketing campaigns
  • Distribute email marketing campaigns and coordinate build out of other marketing campaigns via marketing automation system
  • Manage the marketing communications efforts for other marketing projects
  • Coordinate marketing and social media campaigns that support business goals
  • Assist marketing management with social media editorial calendar
  • Promote marketing campaigns and programs
  • Build out successful marketing campaigns
  • Distribute content for marketing and advertising materials
  • Executing marketing campaigns through various channels
  • Develop understanding of digital marketing and social media
  • Develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Assist marketing staff in in the execution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Share event marketing best practices
