These groups are the industry s leading source for data, analytics and microeconomic viewpoints that provide insights to global management firms, lenders, private equity firms, government entities and major hotel owners. The Sr. Marketing Specialist will work closely with the content editor and business development lead to leverage content across multiple marketing channels to grow the demand for our product line. The ideal candidate is highly-motivated, a self-starter, adaptable and flexible. The successful candidate will also be a critical thinker, creative, collaborative, and resourceful someone who will thrive in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a commercial real estate, financial services or research organizations is a plus. Primary Responsibilities: Develop client touch/nurturing campaigns to deliver content regularly to current clients and to generate awareness in the industry (newsletters, videos, research reports) Create an integrated media strategy (paid social, SEO/SEM) Coordinate conference attendance and presentations Develop presentation and marketing collateral Partner with Corporate events team to coordinate two annual hosted events Partner with content editor to promote blog and manage social media channels Qualifications Bachelor s degree and 5-7 years of marketing, design, and content development experience Social promotion and content activation experience Advanced experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud; Video editing experience a plus Some digital design experience and grasp of current best practices Proven ability to drive results through strategic creative solutions Detail driven and excellent time management skills US Company Profile About CBRE (NYSE: CBRE): At CBRE, you are empowered to take your career path into your own hands.
