As the Marketing Manager for Life Science, you'll help shape the future of our digital learning products through a relentless focus on our customers. Serving as a critical member of the team, you'll be involved in product marketing strategy from beginning to end. You'll become the product expert, representing our products to the market to drive adoptions. Your focus will be on developing positioning and messaging for target audiences, monitoring the competitive and customer landscapes and owning sales enablement and training programs for every stage of the purchase funnel. This means you'll work with a cross-functional team across sales, product management, demand gen and engineering to launch new products to market.

**Essential Duties/Responsibilities:**



+ Empower our sales team to close more business through the creation of effective sales playbooks, collateral, training and other materials

+ Strategize with Product Managers, Market Development and sales partners on key targets and opportunities

+ Identify, monitor and track high-impact customer targets across Life Science disciplines

+ Tell a compelling product story that engages our sales force, captures new customer markets and drives sales

+ Partner with product teams to craft internal and external messaging about new and existing capabilities and features

+ Develop and promote customer-facing events and presentations to drive activations, sales conversions and customer usage

+ Collaborate with the Demand Gen and Integrated Campaigns team to plan and execute business-driving go-to-market strategies aligned to key priorities

+ Create and manage customer-facing product information and content to ensure products are accurately reflected on internal and external channels

+ Analyze your portfolio and align marketing strategies to most important business drivers

+ Compile analytics for sales and marketing campaigns and provide feedback to respective teams

+ Help the Market Research team identify research opportunities and synthesize results to develop customer insights that will inform business and marketing strategies and influence product development

+ Build relationships with key market influencers and advocates



**Skills You Will Need Here:**



+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Sales or Communications

+ 3 years of Marketing or Sales experience

+ Experience working with a large sales force

+ Superior presentation skills in person and in a virtual environment

+ Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with other team members, customers, sales and stakeholders across the organization

+ Self-starter with a sense of urgency and drive to win

+ Creative thinker and problem-solver, with an outgoing and positive attitude

+ Passionate about digital education and student/instructor success
