**What You'll Do Here:**



**Position Description:**



You have great webinar and event technology skills-and you're not afraid to share them. That's perfect for us! As an Online Events & Technology Manager, you'll join an energetic and positive team that thrives on getting our outstanding products into the hands of as many faculty and students as possible.



You'll work strategically with marketing, product, sales and leadership stakeholders to plan, project manage and execute online marketing events (webinars) designed to attract customer interest in our products. You'll help drive brand awareness, generate demand and enable our sales professionals to close more business faster, using live and recorded webinars and events support technology.



In addition to managing all online events, you will serve as the Events Technology guru for the team. You'll work with event teammates to set up registration sites via Cvent, create Customer Satisfaction surveys via Inquisium, and train and maintain documentation for all technology for the team.



Being data-driven, you understand the importance of events measurement and you'll dive into our events and project management technology to track and maintain all detailed financials, tasks, reports and results for online events and provide other financial and logistical reports as needed.We're always learning and improving to maximize ROI, and you'll be a big part of that.

**Essential Duties/Responsibilities:**



+ Provide strategic online event management expertise to stakeholders during planning.

+ Project Manage all aspects of online events and live event technology support from launch through execution to follow-up

+ Manage online event budget

+ Based on project, specific duties could include:



+ Organize and communicate logistics for A/V, internet, etc. for presenters and attendees, including tech checks and rehearsals

+ Create and maintain online registration sites for online events and the team's live events (using Cvent)

+ Create Customer Satisfaction surveys and templates for all events, live and online.

+ Maintain and post invitations, monitor and record online events, edit and post recordings

+ Maintain and post attendee registration and attendance data



**Skills You Will Need Here:**



**Skills/Knowledge/Experience:**



Basic(Required)



+ BA/BS degree

+ 3-5 years of experience with webinar technology (Zoom or similar), Event Technology (Cvent or similar) and Project Management technology (Workfront or similar)

+ 2-4 years of using online events to drive Brand Awareness, Demand Generation and Sales Enablement

+ Exceptional project management skills with attention to detail

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders in a fast paced and changing environment to meet deadlines

+ Ability to multitask to meet deadlines, without breaking a sweat

+ Ability to work independently-and with a sense of urgency

+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

+ Ability to travel 2 to 4 times per year.

+ Requires proficiency with MS Office and Office 365 and a mastery of Excel.
