The team is responsible for:Understanding the needs of our global clientsBuilding strategies and driving trade-off decisions to enhance the communicationsDesigning and optimizing the combination of services, education, products and tools to best meet the unique client needs of global clientsWorking with leadership and client-facing partners on the implementation of new products and services that benefit our global clientsWhat you re good atThe Sr. Team manager is a leader role that reports to the Senior Managing Director of GBS. As the Sr. Team Manager for the Global Communications you will lead 3 team members to work on behalf of our international clients to manage the communications and regulatory documents. You will play an integral role in shaping the future of Schwab International.The Global Communications team is responsible for:Drive client engagement through developing a multi-channel modern technology strategyManage Chinese website, and improve the user experiencesLead all aspects of vendor management of translation and editing/publishingManage and implement regulatory and policy changes that impact international clientsImprove internal communications with business partners and field for CE changesManage IS and AS international formsRun Global Forms Library and IWIN pagesWork on mapping out and improving the form processProvide final document review for international and business partnersKey Partners include, but are not limited to:Marketing, MARCOM, REGCOM, Client Communications, Advisor Services, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Product and vendorsWhat you haveA minimum 5-7 years leadership experience in a related roleSeries 24 Fluent in Mandarin Working knowledge of financial products, with a focus on client needs and effective distribution practicesExperience with how brokerage firms operate and able to assess the impact of initiatives and implement changes effectivelyResults oriented leader who takes the initiative and effectively distills strategy, analytics, and varied sets of input to drive to decisions and follow through with strategic, practical executionStrong detail and process orientation using metrics to measure productivity and progress; exceptional analytic and problem solving skillsMakes sound, timely decisions in a dynamic and matrixed organizationAn understanding of client needs and workflow, and an ability to communicate these needs to internal partnersCourageous leader who develops followership and builds diverse, cross functional teams of both direct and indirect members rallied around the strategyExperience managing multiple priorities and overseeing distinct teams with varied strengthsA passion for talent development including initiatives supporting acquisition efforts of top talentStrong emotional intelligence/maturity and senior level executive presenceJob SummaryRequisition ID: 2020-51707Posted Date: 3 weeks ago(3/5/2020 12:45 PM)Category: Product & Project ManagementPosition Type: Full time
