This CME Coordinator I will be responsible for:
+ Program Assurance: Assist in the planning, review and evaluation of educational activities, CME applications, and related materials/documentation to assure adherence to applicable criteria, including those of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).
+ Ability to successfully plan and execute education programs.
+ Strong organization and communication skills.
+ The ability to learn and maintain a working knowledge and competency in CME accreditation regulations.
+ Assisting with CME Department day-to-day tasks such as recording attendance and answering the phone.
+ Assisting with customer service through the CME email address and registrations through CloudCME.
+ Assisting with course Marketing development through Brandmaker, Marketo and Evariant.
To qualify, you must have:
+ Associates Degree. Bachelors Degree in a related field preferred.
+ 1 year of administrative support or event planning experience.
+ Education may substitute for experience.
+ Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
+ Strong organizational skills.
+ Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
+ Ability to provide effective customer service.
