  • Engage with prospects using a relationship sales-based approach
  • Generate new business
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing clients
  • Follow the Concept Technology sales process and procedures
  • Manage time wisely between prospecting, proposals, and meetings every day
  • Update the CRM (Pipedrive) daily

  • A clear understanding of prospecting, effectively following up, setting qualified appointments, delivering proposals and closing the deal
  • Proven track record in outside sales, business development and ability to influence decisions and close the deal
  • Great written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • 4-year degree or 4+ years of successful sales experience (cold calling, prospecting, relationship management, follow up)
  • Outside sales experience is required
  • Ability to work independently, disciplined, self-motivated and results-driven
  • An understanding of managed IT services is a plus
