We re looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in a critical role that drives awareness and demand of CYC Consumer Driven Healthcare solutions through a range of marketing and enablement activities.
As an intracule member of our team, you ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that will elevate our brand, scale distribution through channel opportunities and position us as a preferred channel partner within the Consumer Driven Healthcare industry.
The ideal candidate should be well organized, analytical, outgoing, driven, and self-motivated, with experience in developing marketing content, campaigns, and programs for channel partners within the benefit and financial technology sectors.
Work closely with CYC s Distribution Sales team and Executive team members to execute end-to-end integrated Go-To-Market campaigns for our partner community.
Collaborate with internal team members and channel partners to create channel marketing strategies and develop campaigns with a focus on driving awareness, generating shared leads, acquiring new customers, and retaining/growing existing customers.
Drive brand awareness through channel events, webinars, digital campaigns, co-marketing initiatives and other marketing-related activities to completion.
Create channel-specific content (collateral, presentations, emails, webinars) to support joint initiatives with channel partners, while ensuring brand, messaging, and timing consistency with corporate and sales objectives
Help with the development of tools and training to successfully onboard and enable partners to sell our services
Prepare and present regular partnership status updates and program performance reports for executive leaders and program stakeholders
Build strong relationships with internal subject matter experts in business development, Sales, Product, and Design.
Develop and maintain project plans to support timely delivery of project deliverables.
5 to 7+ years experience in marketing, with at least 2+ years in supporting a partner marketing or channel marketing strategy in a business to business industry.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing or another related field desired.
Experience in building content, programs, and integrated campaigns for channel partners.
Experience supporting the enablement of a channel partner sales teams to help them effectively articulate and optimally position the value of solutions and services to increase win rates.
Experience producing collateral including presentations, data sheets, white papers, and internal sales tools to support joint demand generation, market awareness, and sales enablement initiatives.
Experience producing and analyzing marketing performance of joint partner initiatives.
Highly motivated, self-directed individual who has a sense of urgency and a 'can do' attitude
Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment, including the ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge to current problems.
Creative Team player who is curious and adept at experimenting with new initiatives in a collaborative environment.
Ability to complete work independently on projects with limited direction and a strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communications.
Experience organizing and presenting at webinars, industry events, and training sessions.
Results-driven with the ability to analyze results/outcomes of partner programs to inform strategic decisions.
Knowledge of the SaaS, direct-to-buyer businesses, payments and/or finance industry, prior experience in insurance, payment processing, banking, or healthcare solutions a plus.
