**Senior ProjectSpecialist**

The Senior Project Specialist operates in Deloitte sinternal marketing agency, overseeing all workflow for business-alignedcampaigns and projects in a timely and effective manner.

This position is part of Deloitte s in-house agency, projectmanaging marketing campaigns and projects. Responsibilities include:

+ Serves as the primary point of contact forAccount Management with Creative, Communications, and Strategy, Insights &Analytics colleagues for campaign execution

+ Maintains full ownership of operational aspectsof campaign and project execution and reporting in Workfront, ensuring thatwork is on time and on budget.

+ Conducts project meetings and is responsible forproject tracking and analysis.

+ Provides day-to-day work guidance to the projectteam, which may include internal agency employees, vendors/contractors, andhired consultants.

+ Organizes, plans, and leads campaign and projectstatus and progress meetings; documents project summary; and provides AccountManager and/or senior leadership ongoing updates concerning campaign andproject completion.

+ Responsible for preparing project budget andmanaging fiscal performance to plan; ensures campaign and project costs arecontrolled and carefully monitored, .both hours and dollars

+ Effectively manages multidisciplinary teams,which may consist of creatives, technologists, media experts, data analysts,etc.

+ Monitor out-of-scope requests and initiateadditional estimates and approvals

+ Champion quality and integrity of in-houseagency deliverables

+ Identify potential project risks and developcontingency plans

+ Attend regular meetings with counterparts toprioritize work

+ Leads in the development of proposals andstatements of work.
