The Portfolio Marketing team is responsible for the engagement of existing card members through a wide variety of marketing programs and experiences that drive card usage, receivable growth, and overall customer engagement/satisfaction. This role will manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns that will entail customer targeting, segmentation, creative management, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
This role will partner with a cross functional team across marketing, analytics, finance, customer service, consumer insights, and legal to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive deeper customer engagement. Ideal person should have a customer first mindset, strategic thought leadership, strong project management, problem solving and campaign execution skills to develop and enhance customer experiences across multiple channels. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and programs across multiple channels.
Responsibilities Develops strategies, business cases and scorecards for initiatives that drive card usage. Partners with cross functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies. Leads issue management, risk assessments, risk mitigation plans, cost analysis, and minimum viable product/scope evaluations. Executes marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including direct mail, paid media, email, site marketing, mobile app, and letters. Documents and maintains core experience journeys including process mapping and creatives Monitors and tracks success related to marketing Partners with internal competitive analysis and research teams to monitor competitive best practices and make recommendations for enhancements. Coordinates customer research for new customer experiences. Partners with the business and technology to develop and implement marketing strategies. Manages Vendor Relationships
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field 2+ years of experience in Marketing Campaign Management, Campaign Strategy, Creative Management, or related field In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of Marketing Campaign Management, or related field
