For more information, please visit Purpose of Position- Dunkin Brands is seeking a bright, disciplined and results-driven individual with relevant digital experience to help drive major digital and marketing initiatives. This person will partner with Dunkin Brands marketing teams to enhance and extend the technology platforms that power the websites and mobile apps, with a focus on digital ordering platforms. This role provides day-to-day operational support, vendor management, project delivery and ultimately strategic leadership for these business-critical systems. What Helping define and execute the product roadmap and release planning processes for Dunkin Brands mobile apps and websites Partnering closely with technology partners, including the enterprise architecture and infrastructure teams, marketing teams and vendors to execute assigned project deliverables and support the deployment of software solutions Ensure all design and development activities across these platforms adhere to industry best practices and regulations related to data security Analyzing and providing feedback to stakeholders about our digital channels with a focus on optimizing and enhancing the consumer experience to drive user adoption Tracking and understanding the implications of new developments in key areas such as iOS and Android operating systems, restaurant websites, progressive web apps and mobile apps, and overall technology hardware Supporting the identification of consumer and system metrics and behaviors through our digital channels to inform platform strategies What Youll Need- Bachelors degree with concentration in IT Minimum of 5+ years of relevant product management work experience Solid technical background with working knowledge or hands-on experience in software development and mobile technologies Proven experience in defining, developing and launching products Proven experience defining and launching mobile-first product experiences Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams Strong experience in vendor management Strong experience working in an agile environment Additional Perks 1:30 release On site fitness gym Casual dress code- jeans every day!
