This Senior Talent Development professional will collaborate across our Workforce Services team and the global IT organization to understand and assess talent needs, design and deliver high impact initiatives, and evaluate and measure the outcomes all to advance our growing and evolving workforce.This role will be instrumental in partnering to meet current talent needs while also proposing creative, forward-thinking ideas to improve organizational performance and support key business objectives to drive individual, team and business growth.Interested and ready for your next challenge?Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate across the organization to develop business acumen and build relationships needed to bring forward programs and solutions that address business and talent needs.Contribute to project teams working on talent development and Workforce Services initiatives, such as competency skill development efforts, onboarding programs, development planning, and more.Responsible for end-to-end talent development solution ownership, including assessment, conducting research for solutions that match the needs, making recommendations, gaining approval, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating solutions.Conduct training needs assessment (TNA) while utilizing consulting skills to understand, clarify, identify, and/or define impactful objectives for, and successful outcomes of, talent development efforts.Leverage a variety of formats and techniques with an emphasis on interactivity and real-world application relevant for adult learners in our business environment.Develop evaluation and measurement procedures to assess the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Assist in selecting and managing third-party vendor partners and negotiating contracts in partnership with appropriate internal leaders and business partners.Design, develop and maintain quality development and training materials; review vendor materials for same.Perform tasks such as scheduling classes, creating communications and marketing plans, supporting on-site offerings, preparing reports, monitoring costs, and entering development-related information into the LMS.Remain current on talent development trends and best practices, utilizing learning to improve job performance as well as to make recommendations to continuously improve the Talent Development function.Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransQualificationsRequired:Must be presently authorized to work in the U.
