What Youll Do:

Lead sales strategy development for the ECFG business unit

  • Develop annual sales plan in support of group strategy and objectives
  • Generate new business and maintain accounts and relationships with established ECFG customers
  • Analyze markets to identify high potential target customers
  • Develop sales forecasts and marketing tactics for areas of responsibility
  • Implement sales strategies based on market research and competitor analyses
  • Develop growth strategies utilizing ECFGs unique differentiation
  • Direct implementation and execution of sales policies and practices
  • Provide leadership and support for the ECFG Sales staff
  • Identify and solve customer problems which result in sales
  • Abide by all policies and procedures established by the Company
  • Perform other duties as required
    • Must be able/willing to relocate
      • Bachelors Degree in business administration or a related technical discipline (preferred)
      • Prior industrial sales/marketing experience (ten to fifteen years forging or engineered industrial product sales experience preferred)
      • Prior supervisory experience (five to seven years preferred)
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills
      • Prior experience with complex quality systems and standards like ISO 9001, AS9100 & NADCAP preferred
      • Strong computer skills
      • Excellent problem solving and listening skills are essential
      • Must be proactive and results oriented with a strong desire to succeed
      • Ability to work independently
      • Requires travel internationally and domestically
