We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our high-performing marketing team in a time of exciting transformation and growth. In this role, you'll oversee SEM strategy development, implementation, tracking and performance. You will serve as an expert in search engine marketing through insights and analysis, and should have strong proven experience working in a dynamic and complex SEM campaigns.

Experian Data Quality is looking to dramatically broaden and innovate on our digital engagement strategy. Key areas of focus include rapidly scaling our paid search presence, improving personalization and data-driven targeting, expanding Experian Data Quality's digital brand resonance across broader data management categories, and much, much more.

We currently have over 2800 customers within the U.S. (over 10,000 customers worldwide) and operate out of Boston, San Francisco, and New York. Since our inception in the United States in 2001, we have experienced double digit growth annually and are always seeking talented individuals to help sustain and surpass this level of success.

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will work with a team of talented digital and content marketers and marketing operations professionals to expand our digital footprint and drive revenue growth through digital channels.

Core responsibilities:

? Continuous optimization of Experian Data Quality's paid entities, for higher rankings and incremental traffic and conversions
? Innovating on our current paid search program to drive visitors and conversions through new channels
? Extensive reporting and analysis of results to drive future optimizations
? Monitoring and applying industry trends to keep Experian Data Quality ahead of the curve



Requirements:

? BA/BS required
? 6 months - 4 years experience managing SEM in-house or at an agency; B2B experience preferred
? Experience with Google Ads, Bing, and Kenshoo reporting and analytical tools
? Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics
? Analytical capability with business analytics experience - to build and create insights for recommendations
? Strong understanding of A/B testing, funnel optimization, traffic analysis, and personalization
