We are looking for a self-starter product and solutions marketer to lead value proposition development and go to market efforts for North America. The ideal candidate will be comfortable setting direction as the hub that aligns the business towards our top market opportunities. Key activities: ? Identify customer business challenges, prioritize market segments according to the revenue potential, develop value propositions, and work cross functionally to develop and package solutions that resonate. ? Drive revenue cross functionally by ensuring channels are focused on top market opportunities. ? Improve sales and operational indicators providing business direction to sales force ? Enable sales and marketing to clearly target the appropriate buyers and effectively convey value of our products and services. ? Conduct thorough user research and definition of buyer personas to properly package our products accordingly and inform internal stakeholders. ? Gather competitive analysis and industry insights to educate internal stakeholders and help inform product roadmapping, pricing, industry mapping, etc. ? Work with the content marketing team on persona-based collateral and lead generation activities including webinars, videos, case studies, whitepapers, etc. ? Partner closely with sales enablement and content teams to develop sales materials including sales decks, datasheets, ROI calculators, battle cards, etc. ? Spearhead product marketing activities at industry events and conferences, as well as evangelize solutions internally.
? 8 years of product or marketing experience in a B2B software company, data management experience preferred ? Experience of working in a matrix organization/performing through non-direct reports ? Strategic thinker with ability to influence senior level stakeholders both internally and externally ? Knowledge of channels and the drivers of performance in different channels ? Demonstrated ability to identify and realize new opportunities ? Fluency interviewing clients and gathering market feedback ? Strong communicator with a passion for driving success through others ? Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with product management, sales, marketing, PR, and client services ? Proven self-starter with bias for action, who can both execute and strategize, and who is comfortable with ambiguity ? Driving results over process in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
