**Field Marketing Strategist**

**Job Summary**

As a Region Field
Marketing Strategist you will strategically position EY's distinctive brand () through a range of integrated
marketing programs aimed at clients and prospects within a geography.Success
in this role will be the effective deployment of buyer, cross sector, Growth
Markets and alliance programs into the relevant region geography, as well as
effective program management of a local EY Entrepreneur Of the Year program.

Working closely with
Office Managing Partners and Growth Markets Leaders, you will play a crucial
role in meeting go-to-market objectives and achieving revenue goals by developing
the local field marketing plan, as well as leading the implementation of a wide
range of marketing activities, including EY's Entrepreneur Of the Year program,
buyer programs, and the use of digital and social media marketing.

Candidates must sit in the US East Region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Collaborate with Office Managing Partners to develop ageographic marketing strategy that integrates Growth Markets programs,alumni, community engagement, industry activities and buyer programs todrive growth with Core clients

+ Engage with Growth Markets Leaders to drive Growth Marketspillars, including EY's Entrepreneur Of the Year program

+ Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) in IntegratedMarketing and Growth Markets to develop and deploy key geographic programs

+ Engage in peer networks with other Region Field Marketingstrategists to share best practices, knowledge and case studies

+ Track and report on field marketing effectiveness

+ Oversees the development and deployment ofmulti-channel campaigns (PR, paid social, web, conferences/events, strategicpartnerships) across a geography

+ Effectively manage multiple concurrent marketing initiatives

+ Work independently to resolve challenges while maintaining anactive dialogue with leaders and stakeholders

+ Understands complex business issues, EY's solutions, andbuyer issues and agenda; can translate EY's ability to solve client issuesinto marketing strategy and clear messaging

+ May be a counselor for staff at lower ranks and directflow between lower ranks / Global Delivery Services resources

**Toqualify, candidates must have:**

+ A proven track record of success in a large, global andhighly-matrixed enterprise - ideally in the professional and/or financialservices industry

+ Understanding of advanced marketing and communicationprinciples

+ A solid understanding of the go-to-market and sales processesin a complex organization

+ Strong leadership skills to coach and develop junior levelteam members and Global Delivery Services resources

+ Ability to work independently, as well as in virtual teams

+ Strong project management skills and proficiency ateffectively managing multiple complex and time-sensitive projects

+ Demonstrated ability to interface with senior management andteam across groups of diverse stakeholders

+ Proven talent at building relationships and influencingwithout authority to produce results and outcomes

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, includingthe talent to translate complex technical concepts into compellingmarketing messages

+ As a portion of this role involves creating time-sensitivematerials for clients (internal and external) and programs in a fast-pacedenvironment, efficient time management and prioritization skills areessential and extended hours are sometimes required

+ Responsibility to adhere to internal reporting requirementsand risk management protocols

+ Bachelor's degree, preferably with a marketing or communicationsmajor. An MBA is a plus.

+ A minimum of 7-8 years of marketing and communicationsexperience, with industry and/or professional services experiencepreferred
