The Product Adoption Specialist will play a key role in the Multifamily digital transformation to modernize our capabilities through iterative and rapid solution delivery using Agile principles and concepts and provide an improved customer experience. This program will span all departments within the division and will extend our market leadership through improved customer experience, strategic change, innovation, analytics and technology driven solutions. This position will be part of a team to coordinate and embed the digital transformation efforts with the long-term strategies of each line of business. It will work with various stakeholders and product teams to deliver new capabilities to the marketplace. This includes developing an overall adoption strategy for product rollouts. The role will be an integral part of delivering change to the Multifamily marketplace. Your Work Falls into three Primary Categories: Strategy Development: Develop and manage an overall Product release framework Prepare and deliver effective communications both verbally and written regarding progress and status for both internal and client teams Develop knowledge and understanding of customer dependencies Partnership: Establish collaborative partnership with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in across business and technology teams Work closely with Marketing & Communication, agile teams and other partners to ensure successful roll-out and adoption of new products and processes Release Management: Develop and lead digital awareness efforts including training, communication, marketing, branding and adoption efforts Coordinate release efforts across multiple products to ensure seamless to market execution Qualifications Qualifications College Degree or equivalent experience. Typically has 5-7 years related experience. Proven ability to build release management programs. Experience delivering application and business infrastructure releases into complex market environments. Must demonstrate leadership and charisma that excites the organization to drive change forward.
