We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Masters Degree in Health Outcomes, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Informatics or closely related discipline.
Expert knowledge and substantial experience of quantitative scientific methods and epidemiology applied to drug development and post-marketing studies.
Proven experience designing and/or executing Real World Evidence studies, including characterizing disease phenotypes, comparativesafety or effectiveness studies, pragmatic clinical trials.
Very strong analytical skills and a background in applying statistical techniques in research is essential.
Experience in using the latest analytical techniques in epidemiology, including using databases to answer complex longitudinal research questions.
Large Team management experience and requisite leadership behaviors.
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Publications in observational research or clinical journals
Understanding of organizational processes, working cross-functionally with Safety, Value Evidence & Outcomes, Clinical, Market Access, and other functional areas.
Experience with leading projects/project management
