As part of one of the Accelerate projects, we are looking to build a team to help pursue investment strategies in the green / renewable energy industry. Potential investment strategies are wide ranging and include a number of businesses across the renewable energy value chain, including asset development, broker/re-seller, technology development, and service provider.. RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS. Position Summary:. The ideal candidate will be prepared to join an innovative and growing team in the energy industry. This person will thrive on tackling big challenges, working with data to extract core insights, and collaborating with people at all levels of an organization. While this candidate will primarily focus on leading performance marketing and building core customer insights, they will be prepared to pitch in whenever and wherever to make the team successful.. Responsibilities:. Performance Marketing. Assist in the development of overall marketing plan. Translate overall marketing goals into channel-specific strategies and action/spend plans to achieve KPI's. Lead the day-to-day execution of performance marketing activities. Design, develop, implement, monitor A/B tests across the conversion funnel. Monitor system, account, channel performance to identify and act on issues and opportunities. Provide direction to and manage performance of agencies. Design, build, and run reports to communicate performance against KPI's and explain new insights. Analytics. Generate hypotheses related to improving business and marketing outcomes. Design and implement statistical tests and other analytical studies to update existing and identify new core insights that lead to better business decisions. Monitor external market trends, internal corporate changes, customer behavior and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities early and assist in action planning. Capability. Assist in the identification and evaluation of new tools, data streams, technologies to enhance customer acquisition and retention. Qualifications:. Willingness to learn, be a self-starter, with a \"get-it-done\" attitude. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, e.g., Math, Science, Engineering, Economics. 3-5 years of experiences with hands-on performance marketing or growth hacking. Account planning experience - developing channel strategy and setting targets and budgets. Experience acquiring customers on Facebook, Instagram, Google/Bing Search. Experience with Web Analytics Tools, i.e., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DCM. Experience leading and executing tracking, attribution, and ROI analyses. Experience working in early-stage companies. Experience leading teams and developing junior staff.
