Healthline is actively seeking an innovative, creative Assistant Marketing Manager to lead the implementation of our lead acquisition and affiliate marketing campaigns. You will work cross-departmentally on the Digital Performance Marketing team to manage paid search and social marketing programs that build relationships with our end-users and provide personalized content, product and treatment suggestions to support their health journey. The Digital Performance Marketing team empowers people to live healthier lives by executing performance marketing programs that provide tailored content and solutions to consumers while delivering high value audiences to partners.

What You'll Do:
  • Create and execute innovative paid search and paid social campaigns
  • Report and analyze on campaigns across a variety of platforms including Facebook, Google, Reddit, Pinterest, and Twitter
  • Handle day-to-day execution including campaign optimization, audience creation, budget management, and testing ideation
  • Be able to internally communicate on campaign performance to stakeholders across the organization
  • Ideate, create and implement ads for app, newsletter and affiliate campaigns
  • Report and analyze data to further optimize campaigns
  • Develop testing strategies for new traffic sources and new creatives (including but not limited to design and copy tests)
  • Work cross-functionally with the Product Marketing, Together Apps, Design and Product teams to ensure that campaigns are following marketing and brand strategies
  • Be able to internally communicate on campaign performance to stakeholders across the organization
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest PPC trends and best practices and be able to apply them to Healthline goals and business objectives.
What We're Looking For:
  • BA/BS, preferably in business or marketing-related field
  • At least 1 year of experience building and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns
  • Direct knowledge of using paid online social and/or search channels for acquisition and retention
  • Hands on experience developing strategies and optimizing accounts within Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Ability to get in the weeds with data using social specific analytics tools such as Facebook Analytics
  • Strong communication skills: Both written and oral
  • Highly organized and have a proven ability to work well under the pressure of quick deadlines
  • Motivated self-starter who is comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Creative outlook and passion for bringing new ideas to life
  • You are empathetic and understanding of those living in unique and sensitive circumstances
