TheSenior Brand Manager is a leadership role with responsibility for developing,implementing and managing annual strategic, financial, creative and operatingplans for a brand / portfolio of brands. This includes promotions, packaging,analysis and P&L. Role will be responsible for leading cross-functionalteams
Developing andexecuting annual and long-term strategic plans for the brand and consistentwith corporate priorities
Actively managingbrand P&L to achieve profitable growth
Building consumer awareness, generate trial, increase distribution, and drive sales by understanding consumer and customer needs and developing effective consumer marketing and communications plans
Quantifying performance and optimizing plans based on analyzing results
Manage portfolio of existing products and formats to drive growth and meet consumer and customer needs
Developing breakthrough creative concepts for package graphics, in-store programs, and consumer communications
Manages brand on day-to-day basis, oversees execution of activities set in the annual brand plan, establish spending budgets and manages them through the course of the year
Effective communication and leadership skills to tell a story and make a case for business needs and initiatives to both external and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
A Bachelor s degree is required; an MBA or equivalent degree is preferred.
Minimum of 6-10 years of progressive and successful CPG brand marketing experience; prior cross functional experience with sales, supply chain, category management, etc. preferred.
Strong analytical, negotiation, organization, prioritization, and presentation skills; general business management knowledge; Prior P&L experience and strong financial acumen in making effective business decisions.
Proven abilities to consistently driving change, challenge the status-quo and creatively deliver results within a global organization.
Demonstrated track record of people development and leadership is preferred; excellent relationship building skills.
