**Your Role and Responsibilities**

The IBM Digital Business Group (DBG) designs and builds world-class digital platforms and offerings that enable innovation and simplicity through modern digital technologies. DBG directs the Digital go-to-market strategies for our products, transforms the experience our clients have with IBM, and streamlines our platforms so they are simple, easy-to-use, and delightful.
We are looking for the next generation of creative individuals with a hunger for innovation to participate in our Digital Business Group Internship Program. As a Digital Strategy Intern, you will support the definition of the digital business strategy for IBM Digital Business Group and select IBM Business Units. This requires selecting the best from the market (product experiences, tools, business models, growth tactics and pricing models), injecting bold ideas and execution plans into parts of IBM that invoke course correction, speed time to impact and feed new experiment definition to drive growth.
The role will include completing market research and collecting competitor intelligence. It will also require comfort working with large sets of data to understand market trends around industries, tooling, user groups, and market segments.
Collaboration and communication skills are critical in the role, as the team's success is hinged on its ability to use data to influence business unit and geography leaders in IBM across Offering Management, Engineering and Marketing functions, to develop and articulate a comprehensive strategy for our digital offering portfolio.

+ Previous IBM Intern or Co-Op Experience
