**Your Role and Responsibilities**
IBM Global Business Services (GBS) is seeking a proven marketing operations leader to help scale our growing North America marketing operations consulting and services capability for Healthcare LifeSciences. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping define and deliver marketing platforms, understanding and proven capability with lead generation, marketing automation, campaign execution, funnel analysis, and campaign performance for leading companies. This position will be part of a growing practice to help our clients manage marketing operations, workflow, and information related to the execution of demand generation campaigns at industry leading levels.
+ Drive engagements with stakeholders to define, design, deliver and enable technology and business optimization solutions
+ Work directly with our client's senior marketing executives to solution and architect leading marketing operations functions from processes to marketing systems, workflow, SLAs, reporting, email and database management
+ Will work to define leading marketing KPIs and dashboards to measure all aspects of our clients operations: business planning, campaign effectiveness, lead distribution and aging, pipeline contribution, ROI, and overall marketing performance
+ Provides guidance on design and implementation approach for client marketing campaigns given the business requirements and current infrastructure, technical capabilities and constraints
+ Leverages their product knowledge of Adobe Campaign and other industry tools to consult on campaign workflow creation & maintenance
+ Works with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, define data strategy needs, develop project scope for performance marketing and analytics programs, and determine measurement strategies and reporting/communication protocols
+ Develops and oversees delivery of standard digital analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics and Campaign
**Required Professional and Technical Expertise**
+ In-depth knowledge of leading content and campaign marketing technologies and processes
+ Acts as a problem solver to performance marketing challenges across channels
+ Prior experience and ability to drive deal and solution delivery needs, estimate skills required, and hours of effort for large complex marketing operations engagements
