The Senior Vice President of Marketing is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing tools and programs that communicate Clear Channel's value proposition and key benefits to current and potential advertising customers, in ways that generate incremental and measurable interest in Clear Channel. This critical role is responsible for telling the \"Clear Channel story\" and managing how that story comes to life across multiple channels, including sales tools, websites, social media, B2B advertising and event sponsorships, blogs/content marketing and email. The SVP will also regularly analyze and report on data to understand the impact of Marketing programs, providing ongoing recommendations to optimize their effectiveness and value in driving leads and proactively creating revenue opportunity.. Responsibilities. Develops Clear Channel Outdoor's B2B positioning and core value proposition. Develops the selling materials and Marketing programs to effectively tell the Clear Channel story, in ways that can be easily embraced and customized by Clear Channel's local and national sales teams.. Develops actionable segmentation of Clear Channel's current and potential customer base in alignment with CCO's National, Local, Programmatic and emerging sales channels, and in partnership with Sales Operations, implements process to optimally drive leads via inbound and outbound marketing programs.. Oversees and manages all content, updates and optimization of Clear Channel's web presence, including rebuilding of core Clear Channel corporate website to maximize leads and implementation of SEO/SEM programs.. Regularly accompanies Sales executives on meetings with current and potential advertisers and agency partners, providing a senior-level, strategic and collaborative approach to solving customers' business challenges in ways that drive incremental revenue opportunity.. Develops and executes a B2B-targeted social media strategy, ensuring that Clear Channel is seen as an influential thought-leader and innovator in the digital and OOH media sectors.. In partnership with Corporate Communications, develops and executes content Marketing strategies that increase awareness of Clear Channel solutions, success stories, executives and overall thought-leadership. Ensures that content Marketing plans are reinforced by social media activities and measured to optimize performance and return on investment.. Oversees all outbound communications to clients and agency partners, in ways that increase demand for and interest in Clear Channel's media and Marketing solutions. Supplements Clear Channel's existing customer database with strategically selected and applied contacts that can grow awareness and create more opportunities for Sales.. Develops and manages Marketing partnerships with select 3rd party organizations. Leverages the value of Clear Channel's advertising media to secure bartered Marketing opportunities and relationships that provide B2B reach and exposure beyond the capabilities of Clear Channel's paid Marketing budget.. Supervises the management of all sponsorships and activations of the Clear Channel brand within industry events and conferences.. Collaborates with Marketing Operations team on analytics/reporting of results of marketing activities. Provides management with regular reporting on performance, along with recommendations for optimization of activities and return on investment.. Builds, leads and mentors a data and performance-driven Marketing team; manages and develops team members to grow their capabilities and contributions to the overall Marketing organization. Drives optimal performance and results.. Other projects and duties as assigned.. Job Qualifications. Education. Bachelors' degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent field.. Master's degree in related field is a plus.. Work Experience. 12+ years of experience with B2B Marketing, ideally in the media/advertising sector, with proven success managing a demand creation & lead generation operation. 5+ years leading, developing, coaching and mentoring marketing teams. Demonstrated success as a marketing leader, with experience in developing marketing strategies, managing short- and long-term projects, driving collaboration across teams, providing superior sales support, applying critical & analytical thinking to solve business problems and tracking results.. Skills. Strong understanding of core marketing functions with demonstrated ability to leverage research resources, position media/products/capabilities, and optimize communications. Digital fluency: knowledge of digital and online media, demand creation, marketing automation platforms, web development and more. Demonstrated success using digital marketing tools and strategies to drive business performance.. Collaborative and professional style with the objective of building strong relationships with diverse customer groups and partners.. Able to complete required math calculations, analyze research data, assess situations, perform root cause analysis and provide solutions..
