Intrado is seeking a Client Intake Specialist in our Mobile office. This role will be responsible for providing tier one support and resolution to basic client inquires and escalating any requests that are outside the scope of responsibility to appropriate internal teams, serving as an initial point of contact for all incoming client inquiries, resolving tier one technical or financial contract concerns and/or questions for assigned clients, partnering with internal technical resources to coordinate maintenance contracts, and accurately responding to technical questions delivered by clients, ensuring timely and complete completion of client requests as well as adherence to all departmental and company policies and procedures


Job Requirements:
Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.

Education
-Associates degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Computer Science, Communications, or related field required.
-Equivalent work experience may be substituted for educational experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Computer Science, Communications, or related field preferred

Experience
-Minimum 2 year customer service experience in a business to business environment or technical support experience required
-Minimum 1 year notifications systems experience preferred Minimum 1 year experience working in the healthcare or technical industries preferred Time spent in pursuit of an advanced degree (e.g. Junior/Senior year of a Bachelor's, etc.) may be substituted in lieu of equivalent work experience requirements

Other
-Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel is required
-Basic understanding of programming language (e.g., XML) is preferred
