Core Focus:


iQuanti s solutions team is comprised of marketing professionals from a variety of backgrounds who build bespoke solutions and drive growth in our current client portfolio, largely consolidated within the Fortune Global 100.


As a member of this team, the Solutions Director will manage the firm s solution disciplines search engine marketing, performance media, analytics, delivery and social media to deliver client marketing programs.


The Solutions Director will report to the Paid Solutions SVP and have peer relationships with account leads across each vertical. He/she will frequently interact with senior-level client partners and will be expected to learn, adapt and be familiar with every aspect of a client s business, treating it like their own.

The ideal Solutions Director will be an optimistic self-starter who is adept at analyzing data and driving outcomes. He/she will be able to see the broad picture, industry trends and develop/customize solutions for our client base.



Primary Skills:


  • Strong understanding and proficiency articulating, unpacking and improving the customer digital acquisition journey
  • Experience and expertise with any of the key digital practice areas within Strategy, User Experience, Technology, Creative, Design, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media, eCRM, Mobile and more
  • High proficiency and working knowledge of data, ability to digest and appraise client data and extract business challenges and begin to assemble potential solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to align and lead global teams comprised of multiple cities, cultures and commensurate time zones
  • Impeccable organization skills, exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal form
  • Problem-solving assertive demeanor and acumen
  • Autonomous, multitasking work style
  • Sharp business writing style and business presentation skills


Responsibilities:


  • Work with the global team to design and develop paid marketing solutions for our large clients
  • Drive the commercial solution process for increasingly integrated businesses, ensuring that all of iQuanti s disciplines are included in commercial solutions
  • Manage and contribute to iQuanti paid offering in conjunction with account teams
  • Author, review and approve all bespoke solutions meeting client marketing objectives
  • Assemble thought leadership POVs, proposals, reporting and high-level firm-to-client communications
  • The Solutions Director will also demonstrate leadership and mentorship to a growing team of SMEs, developing competencies in the following areas:


a. Building thought leadership aligned to client challenges

b. Clear, cogent and compelling client communications

c. Relationship-building skills

d. Working within global, complex inter-agency client solutions


Requirements:


  • 5-7 years of practical experience in building/delivering solutions comprised of digital performance deliverables (PPC / SEO, websites, mobile sites, apps, display, eCRM, emails)
  • Certified SME in any one of the paid digital performance practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue organically within client relationships
  • Proficiency (past or present) in paid performance marketing channels, such as Search, Display, Social, Analytics, Attribution, CRO.
