You will build the comprehensive product marketing strategy for our institutional (B2B) business. In this role you will
Use your diverse viewpoint to lead the marketing cycle, from planning strategically, to concept development, to execution, to evaluation.
Draw critical insights from strategic competitive analyses, partnering internally and with external consultants, to understand ideal target markets, competitive positioning, and relative brand strengths.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to craft a suite of marketing communications.
Track your success by establishing and maintaining a transparent analytics framework to identify future opportunities and measure progress against objectives.

As a member of the Institutional Marketing leadership team reporting directly to the Institutional CMO, you will be responsible for managing a variety of product and services integrated marketing teams. As well as leading these integrated teams, you will implement a newly agreed product marketing construct that seeks to optimize the efforts across product, marketing and sales. In addition you will drive integration with discrete marketing centers of excellence outside of your organization to ensure superior program delivery.
What it takes
Undergraduate degree required. MBA or Masters in Marketing or Communications preferred.
Minimum eight years general experience and eight years related marketing experience.
Management experience.
Experience in managing multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaigns preferred.
Solid organizations skills and ability to work across multiple functions.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Proven ability to lead teams.
Demonstrated initiative.
Experience in managing multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaigns preferred.
Experience with LEAN and Agile marketing methodologies
