We are a boutique paid media agency based in lower Manhattan, that specializes in Paid Search (SEM/PPC), Paid Social (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest), Shopping Ads, and Analytics. We build a holistic and advanced digital strategy for our clients so that each channel can complement one another effectively. This role presents a major opportunity to kick-off our new SEO/Earned Media division!

About You & The Position

Perform digital marketing strategies across paid media (ex: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook) that improve account performance consistent with KPIs for our clients. You can clearly communicate strategies, results, and progress to clients and other team members. You will be expected to completely own all aspects of client and account management for our smaller accounts. As part of this role you'll also assist Senior Strategists (and above) on larger accounts.

Skills/Qualifications


  • 3-5 years of search engine marketing experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of SEM best practices, account management, industry knowledge, and technical SEM implementation
  • Proven track record of account management and successful implementation of SEM strategy supporting tangible KPIs
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel, is a must
  • Excellent communicator, client facing communication a plus
  • Experience in Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Display marketing or other digital marketing specialties a plus
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Wordpress and Shopify a plus

Client Management:


  • Schedule and run client kickoff meeting
  • Reporting set up and automated
  • Client shared folder created
  • Agenda document created and maintained
  • Manage weekly call schedule
  • Handle all client communication (email, calls, Slack, etc.)

Account Management:

Overall


  • Pixel, tracking, and goal QA and setup
  • Manage budgets per clients' direction and towards KPIs
  • Be proactive in driving the strategy forward and improving the account over time
  • Continually test different strategies, communicate results to clients, and choose winners
  • Use Socium Media best practices for naming conventions
