Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager, Experimentation in Brooklyn, NY. Summary: You will be a key part of the Product Analytics & Experimentation team that is responsible for conceptualizing, designing and optimizing the digital customer experience that drives the industry-leading multi-channel retail business. About the Job: The Product Manager, A/B Testing, will conceptualize, design, and deliver digital A/B testing strategies designed to improve site performance and the relevancy of our on-site experience to customers. This person will define both the long-term roadmap and manage day to day strategy and execution of our A/B testing efforts with significant opportunities to drive positive KPI growth. This role reports to the Director of Product Analytics and Experimentation. The right candidate understands what it means to build great experiences for our customers and how to maximize throughput of testable features. The candidate will have a robust technical foundation with eCommerce technology and experimentation experience, a strong sense of ownership, and excellent communication style across different audiences. Responsibilities Include:
  • Drive the strategic vision and roadmap of the experimentation program for one of the client's portfolio brands to increase company ROI
  • Collaborate with a cross functional team of Product Analysts, Brand Partners, UX designers and engineers to prioritize and execute the most impactful work
  • Lead the definition, prioritization and scoping of test experiences for engineering team
  • Craft business requirements and user stories and to support our testing engineering teams through solution design, development, QA, and implementation phases of delivery
