Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Solana Beach, California (CA). Summary: As a Sr. Product Manager (Mergers & acquisitions), you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and integrating recent and new product acquisitions into the clients existing product portfolio, including new third-party contract data layers. You have an eye for identifying opportunities, rationalizing product, recognizing data patterns and you understand how to assess 'market fit' of existing and new opportunities within the portfolio. You will be the point person responsible for ensuring the product acquisitions and new data layers have added value to the target customers and are integrated in the most efficient and valuable method. You are an expert in database management and analysis, competitive market research, and defining and managing KPI metrics.

Job Requirements:


  • Undergrad / Grad education in Business, Sales and Marketing or related field
  • 5+years of experience in a product development role
  • Preferred experience with any or all of the following: integration planning, product rationalization, data aggregation, KPI Metrics and data schema mapping
  • Portfolio: Share past products, where you've influenced product development
  • Showcase how you go about rationalizing products and aggregating data
  • Product Ownership: Take a product owner position in driving/influencing creative solutions with a compelling technology-driven identity for integrating acquisition products and new third-party data providers
  • Leadership Support: As the collaborator of communicating our product point of view, you take pride in delivering against our vision to continue to push beyond traditional real estate product solutions
  • Teaming: As a subject matter expert, your ability to teach and work collaboratively within the organization will be required to ensure the process is consistent across all of the product touch points
  • Project Management: Come prepared for weekly stand-ups, bring your best client-facing skills to meetings, be prepared to work and learn, set deadlines, take notes and ownership of the next steps; Execute meticulously in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
