The Role:

Seeking an experienced digital marketing master to lead the design and execution of the company's overall digital marketing strategy. We are expecting rapid growth and our ability to create a compelling digital buying experience is a key to our company's success. Prior experience implementing global multi-channel campaigns that increase pipeline, lead velocity, and revenue while reducing cost per opportunity. Data-driven and analytical, s/he will also incorporate qualitative feedback into all decisions and recommendations.

If you have a passion for and deep experience in leveraging digital marketing technologies to drive demand and awareness, you'll be the perfect candidate to lead this team.

The senior director of digital marketing will be skilled at PPC advertising including Google AdWords, social media advertising, SEO, website management and conversion rate optimization (CRO), direct marketing, and data analysis and to make observations actionable.

A skilled communicator, s/he will manage and develop a team of individual contributors in areas that may include video, graphic design, website design, social channels and email to reach customers where they are. Constructive, immediate coaching and feedback, career pathing, and identifying and supporting career development are critical parts of this role.

Our ideal candidate is a hands-on leader, coach and communicator who has a deep understanding of the entirety of the customer journey. This person knows how to align goals and efforts across an organization to support customer retention and satisfaction, and ultimately increase pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Build plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Assess the current marketing technology stack and lead the evaluation of technology options to drive business results
  • Continuously review the latest technology and best practices to drive new ways to interact with customers and prospects throughout the buying process
  • Play a leading role in developing and managing full-funnel multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the company's social media accounts
  • Manage all paid advertising and SEO efforts, with the knowledge that you have the skills to execute these initiatives on your own
  • Leverage the talents of our video and design experts to build assets that are as impactful visually as the supporting positioning and messaging
  • Leverage the appropriate KPIs from Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, Bizible, Pardot, ad platforms, and other tools to optimize all efforts
  • Measure and manage the effective use of the company's online content
  • Manage and help to develop a team of diverse and talented marketing professionals
  • Required Skills:

  • Creative self-starter with 10+ years B2B experience, with 5 or more in implementing digital marketing strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
  • Player-coach capable of being an individual contributor while managing and developing a team
  • Background building pipeline and revenue generating multi-channel marketing campaigns and digital marketing tools
  • Understanding of high tech and/or supply chain space
  • Five or more years working in CRM, marketing automation, Google Analytics, or related tools
