Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor a growing team of analytics professionals to ensure solid ROI measurement and campaign insights.
Work with Product Marketing across key industry verticals
Design, develop and monitor complex data and financial performance using multiple sources and reporting tools, for presentation to varied internal and external audiences
Lead a continuous learning environment with respect to utilizing the latest methodologies, technologies, and illustrative best practices to tell stories, which can drive business decisions
Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize the highest impact analytics and data initiatives.
Drive operational excellence through optimization and efficient utilization of data infrastructure and services.
Ability to leverage data to drive critical business decisions across various levels of detail and audiences, from setting big-picture business strategy to day-to-day support and execution.
Support a variety of revenue and cost impacting initiatives through complex data modeling, sampling, and analysis projects
Subject matter expert in analytics to lead task force on strategic initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders and partnering with IT on development, testing, and deploying solutions
Requirements
7+ years of professional experience in analytical program management, business intelligence, business operations - successfully managing data integration and reporting projects.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
Exceptional behavioral data-collection and analysis skills, e.g. designing, conducting, and analyzing all types and sources of customer data
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, operations, and technical challenges
Ability to lead a team of experienced business intelligence and data engineers to develop new ideas and creative solutions for difficult, unique and complex issues
Proven ability to partner, collaborate with, and influence others
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion
Experience managing acquisitions/mergers of company technology stack.
Experience and knowledge of current digital marketing strategies and best practices STRONGLY DESIRED.
Ability to implement and manage tag management tools, analytics and testing/targeting/optimization efforts. (i.e. GA Tag Manager, Tellium, Adobe Test & Target or Optimizely).
Ability to develop and enhance audience profiles and segmentation models.
Experience with Google Analytics 360 and multiple integrated platforms is required. i.e. GA Big Query or SQL databases, Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce.com
Experience and deep understanding of the digital marketing space along with deploying and using digital media revenue attribution systems practices STRONGLY DESIRED.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must be technically savvy with proven skills in analytics and reporting analytics (Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics 360, Google data Studio, a/b and multivariate testing) to evaluate marketing performance, and help achieve business goals and objectives.
